TERMS & CONDITIONS—CODE OF CONDUCT FOR BOARDING YOUR CHOSEN YACHT FOR YOUR MIAMI YACHT DAY.

All yacht bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, the yacht is secured and paid for in advance. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations. If guests are aboard and a captain is present, the service is considered rendered in full.

Cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling may be requested at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

In the event of severe weather deemed unsafe by the captain, bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully & follow all safety instructions. The charter captain reserves the right to stall or end a trip early without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the vessel.

🚤 Booking & Pricing

Q: How do I book a yacht with Miami Yacht Day?
 A: You can book directly through Modeluvin.com contacting Amanda Bustamante, connect with Miami Mandy B & begin your serious booking inquiry & booking process. Please have deposit ready for your date reservation. There is daily high demand for Miami Yacht Day’s & the time slots are booked in a first come, first served basis of who places their deposit. A fixed amount deposit is required to secure your date.

Q: What’s included in the price?
 A: Your booking includes your chosen 4,6,8-hour private yacht experience with a licensed captain, fuel, cooler, ice, a on board accessible bathroom, as well as bedroom, kitchen & other basic amenities. 

  • Food, drinks, and gratuity are not included unless specified.

Q: How many people can I bring?
 A: Up to 13 guests max, per U.S. Coast Guard regulations. A standard booking allows capacity of up to 13 people aboard most of our 35 ft through 100+ feet yachts. We also have some boats available for up to 9 or 11 people. If you seek a over 13 people party, connect with Amanda Bustamante to see if multiple vessel option available. We consider over 13 people parties, Special Miami Yacht Day Bookings, these are final. For any Special Miami Yacht Day Booking, such as special discounts, or event planning, no refunds. No refunds for bookings that are under extreme discount circumstances.

 

 

💸 Payments & Policies

Q: Is my booking refundable?
 A: No. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once confirmed, the yacht is reserved & paid for in advance.

Q: Can I reschedule my booking?
 A: Rescheduling may be possible with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Q: What happens if I’m late?
 A: Time lost due to late arrival will not be refunded or extended.

Q: What if it rains?
 A: Light rain or cloudy skies do not qualify for rescheduling. 

If the captain deems the weather unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Q: Is it safe for kids or non-swimmers?
 A: Yes, but children must be supervised at all times. Life jackets are available onboard.

No shoes on board!

Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
 A: Yes! BYOB is encouraged. Please drink responsibly and avoid glass containers.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
 A: Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please ask the captain before lighting up.

Q: Can we play our own music?
 A: Absolutely. Our yachts are Bluetooth-enabled—bring your playlist and vibe out.

Q: Are pets allowed?
 A: Small pets may be allowed on select yachts with prior approval. A cleaning fee may apply. Ask about a Miami Yacht Day pet pass.
